All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Fulda, Germany. During the order process we will let you know when we will deliver the product to you.

Free shipping on orders over €50.00. Shipping time is up to 3 to 5 business days

I havent received my order. What do I do?

Start with checking your tracking information. Tracking information is sent out when the order is shipped. (1-3 days from placing the order)
If you haven't received your tracking email - please check your spam folder.
