No transaction is concluded until you have received and accepted your order. You may cancel an order at any time for any or no reason prior to receiving your Product. If you do so, you will obtain a refund of the purchase Price. If you want to cancel your order please Contact Us. Dont forget to add your order number.
Returns
If your item does not fulfill your expectations or if you for some other reason are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your unused item to us. We offer a 30 day return policy, meaning that you have 30 days as of the date you received your item to return/postmark your order.
The item must be returned unused and in the original packaging together with all its content. When the return has been approved, you will receive a refund from us within 30 days of us having received the item.
